Councilman Daniel Valenzuela will host his first outreach event as a city councilman to meet with west Phoenix residents.  Join him for a “Cookies and Chat” session at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 24, at the Maryvale Community Center, 4420 N. 51st Ave.

During this event, Councilman Valenzuela would like residents to share their feedback about important issues in their neighborhoods.  He also will discuss priorities for his first year in office and introduce his staff.  Along with the Councilman, representatives from the Phoenix Police, Street Transportation, Public Works and Neighborhoods Services departments will be available to answer city-related questions.  

Residents are encouraged to visit phoenix.gov/district5 and subscribe to the Councilman’s neighborhood newsletter to stay informed of upcoming events and important city issues.
