Phoenix Remembers provides first-hand accounts from Phoenix Firefighters of the Urban Search and Rescue Team that were deployed to New York shortly after Sept. 11, 2001.
 

Vote 2011 is a short program explaining the new concept of Voting Centers, which replaces traditional polling places.  For the August Mayor and City Council Election, registered Phoenix voters will be able to vote at any of the 26 voting center locations for three days: Saturday, Aug. 27, Monday, Aug. 29 and Tuesday, Aug. 30 (Election Day).

Strategic Plan 2011. To help guide decision-making at all levels of the organization, and to focus the city’s efforts on our core businesses, it is important a strategic plan is developed for the city. This program hosted by City Manager David Cavazos and executive Assistant to the City Manager Jane Morris, explains the 10 Study Area committees, and the process of drafting Phoenix Strategic Plan documents.

Helping Homeowners Prevent Foreclosure, presented by the City of Phoenix and the Arizona Foreclosure Prevention Task Force, offers presentations from local experts on options to save your home from foreclosure, how to avoid scams and how to make a "graceful exit" from your home mortgage if necessary.
Part One – Patricia Garcia Duarte, Arizona Foreclosure Prevention Task Force, presents Options to Save Your House: Programs to Prevent Foreclosure.
Part Two – Reginald Givens, Arizona Department of Housing, answers the question “How Much Time Do I Have?” and explains the delinquency cycle.
Part Three – FBI Agent David Condo explains how troubled borrowers can identify and avoid scams and recognize free, government-approved resources for foreclosure prevention assistance.

The Phoenix Employee Memorial Ceremony honors the memory of the employees who have died in the line of duty. Sadly, three employees passed in 2010 and were remembered by their family, friends and co-workers at the Orpheum Theatre on Feb. 8, 2011. The video program is divided into three parts, allowing better playback on the your computer.
Part 1 opens the program with Police Chaplain Rabbi Robert Kravitz, City Manager David Cavazos and comments by Mayor Phil Gordon.
Part 2 continues with Public Safety Manager Jack Harris, Planning and Development Services Director Debra Stark and Public Works Director Neil Mann eulogizing the three employees from their departments. The ceremony continues with with reading of names of the 67 employees who have passed in previous years.
Part 3 starts with Lt. Mark Hafkey followed by Officer Mark Spencer and a performance of the Police Honor Chorus. The program concludes with the benediction from Fire Department Chaplain Father Carl Carlozzi.

2010 Fiesta of Light Electric Light Parade is a partnership with APS and Phoenix Parks and Recreation Dept. The Dec. 4 parade is cut into four parts for faster viewing.
Part 1 starts with Grand Marshall Calvin C. Goode and his family and ends at the 1915 GMC Green Truck.
Part 2 begins with the APS Clown Volunteers and plays through to the Electric Auto Association.
Part 3 continues with more cars in the Electric Auto Association and ends at the Masonic Lodge #43 float.
Part 4 opens with Shamrock's Roxie Tow Truck and the parade ends with Santa on a Phoenix Fire Dept. ladder truck.
