Public Meeting - Design Phase Manzanita Senior Center Relocation The Phoenix Human Services Department is hosting a public meeting to present the proposed design for the construction of a new 12,000 square foot Manzanita Senior Center, to be located on the west side of 27th Avenue, south of Belmont Avenue. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2010 and completion is scheduled for 2011. The estimated project cost is $2.7 million. Construction Notice Cementerio Lindo Fence Replacement The Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department will begin replacing the existing chain link fence with a new tubular steel 6-ft high fence on the south, west, and north sides of the cemetery located at 1502 West Maricopa Freeway. The cemetery site is located west of 15th Avenue, and just north of the freeway access road. This project is funded by PHOENIX PARKS AND PRESERVES INITIATIVE (PPPI) program.
